JOB SUMMARY:-

As a Relocation Consultant at 6thMove, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the relocation process for clients, ensuring a seamless transition to their new location. Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting clients with housing and school requirements, providing orientation tours, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the relocation journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their specific relocation requirements, including housing preferences and school considerations.
• Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients on suitable neighborhoods, housing options, and educational institutions based on their preferences and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and real estate agents to facilitate the entire relocation process smoothly.
• Organize and conduct orientation tours for clients, offering a thorough introduction to their new location and its amenities.
• Negotiate with landlords and other parties to secure the best possible housing arrangements for clients.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and reports for clients, outlining the relocation plan and key milestones.
• Address client inquiries regarding the moving process, including cost estimates and any potential challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and school-related information to offer the most relevant and accurate advice to clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relocation policies and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their relocation journey.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Proven experience in relocation services, real estate, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in various relocation scenarios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driver’s license and experience driving a 4WD or similar spacious vehicle.
• Familiarity with local housing markets and educational institutions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is an advantage.
