6thMove Relocation is seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in international assignment management, immigration, and relocation to join our team. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the relocation processes for their international workforce. Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end global mobility processes for our international employees.
• Provide expert guidance and support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance global mobility policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-assignment briefings to educate employees on cultural considerations and relocation requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor the relocation process, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relocation service providers and vendors.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in global mobility.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to global mobility activities.
• Partner with HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of international employees.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on global mobility activities.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to relocation matters.

Qualifications:-

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility.
• Strong understanding of global mobility policies and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in managing documentation and records.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
