JOB DESCRIPTION:-

The Mobility Accounts Manager assists a 6thMOVE Client with client-specific components of the Relocation Program that need extra supervision and administration. It may or may not be necessary for the Account Manager to visit the Client’s facilities on-site. The Account Manager collaborates directly with the clients and employees of 6thMOVE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
  • Client Consulting and Issue Resolution: Establish a line of communication between 6thMOVE and their Client for inquiries about relocation and other services. Use sound business judgment when making decisions and handling transferee/assignee and client issues.
  • Internal Consulting: Educates clients about their policies and preferences by working with the operations team. Ask the internal 6thMOVE Team member who handles client-specific inquiries. Assist the internal team and management in ensuring client performance metrics are implemented, sustained, assessed, and met.
  • Reporting – Oversees all reporting given to the Client. Assist all client divisions and departments that require help with reporting on volume, performance metrics, expenditures associated with relocation and assignments, budgeting, and accruals.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:-
  • Minimum three years experience in drafting relocation policy required.
  • Domestic and International relocation counseling preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Client Relationship Skills
  • Ability to analyze and report data
  • International Business Experience is a bonus.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:-
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • CRP and GMS preferred
