• Ensure timely availability for appointments and documentation.
• Make payments according to agreed schedules.

6th Move Responsibilities:

• Professional service delivery according to industry standards.
• Transparent communication throughout the process.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Confidential handling of client information.

4. Insurance

• Coverage for goods during transit as per agreed terms.
• Claims process: Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
• Documentation required for claim processing.

5. Confidentiality

• Strict data protection for all client information.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Compliance with UAE data protection regulations.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refund policies apply based on service stage.
• Administrative fees may apply for cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

6th Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
